Dear Comrades and Auxiliary members, this newsletter is a combined effort of both organizations. It will be in this format from now on in order to conserve space and to eliminate duplications.
The Christmas for Families Country Show and Auctions was once again a big success, we were able to raise enough money between the April show, computer raffle, Mother/Son dance and the latest show to meet our goal to provide for this program. Thanks to all the hard work of the volunteers from the Post and Auxiliary and of course the musicians who provided their services.
Texas Hold'em games have started up again, our next dates are December 2nd and 16th at 5:30 PM. Buy- in is still at $35.00. You can call the Post to reserve a spot or pay at the door. It is a lot of fun and no hassles.
Our Bingo's are still going, they  are holding their own, once again we keep seeing new faces coming to play at our Post and from their comments they enjoyed themselves and will come again. There will be no Bingo on December 24th, but we will have a New Year's Eve Bingo on the 31st.
There will be a meeting of the Legion and Auxiliary on the 11th at 4:00 PM. Executive Committees will meet at 3:00 PM. There will be a pot luck supper following the meetings, so bring something to share.
On the 20th we will be delivering the food baskets and toys for the Christmas For Families Program.
If you have any questions about our activities or about the Post please give us a call.
